1KV PVC Insulated Power Cable
1. Application
Suitable for rated AC voltage 0.6/1 KV and below electric distribution lines without flame-retardant or fire-resistant requirements.
The flame-retardant type cables are not easy to burn or their flame propagation is limited only in a certain length. These cable are suitable for high installation density places like power station, subway, tunnel, high-building, large industrial enterprise, oil field and mine etc.
The fire-resistant cables can not only operate in normal condition, but also can operate in fire during a certain time. These cables are suitable for power station, subway, high building and other high human density places where haveing fire-proof and fire-fight requirements.

2. Operating Characteristics
Rated voltage: 0.6/1(1.2)kV
Max. Permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 70° C
Max. Temperature of conductor during short-circuit (5s max. Duration) shall not exceed:
Nominal cross section of conductor ≤ 300mm2: 160° C;
Nominal cross section of conductor >300mm2: 140° C
The ambient temperature under installation should not be lower than: 0 ° C
The bending radius of cable is recommended as following:
For single core cable: Not less than 20 times of the diameter of cable
For multi-core cable: Not less than 15 times of the diameter of cable

3. Manufacturing Standards
IEC 60502-1 & Chinese national standard GB/T 12706-2008 We can produce above cables according to popular international standards such as ASTM, BS, DIN, NF &AS/NZ also.
