d. Operating Features:
 1)The maximum conductor operating temperature: 90°C
During short circuit (lasting less than 5 seconds) the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above 250°C
Environment temperature should be no lower than 0°C for laying the cable.
2)Bending Radius of the Cable:
Single Core Cable: Non Armored Cable 20D, Armored Cable 15D
Cores Cable: Non Armored Cable 15D, Armored Cable 12D.
 Remarks: D means practical external diameter of the cable

 

e, Features

 XLPE  insulated power cable do not has excellent electric, mechanical properties,but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion,heat resistance and enviromental stress resistance. Its structure is simple. The long period operating temperature is +90 °C. It is conveninet to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.

 

XLPE insulated steel wire armoured power cable: XLPE/PVC insulated power cable has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable. XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resisting, environmetal stress resisting antichemical corrossion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.

Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can be manufactured with three technology(peroxide, silane and irradiation crosslinking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke low-halogen low-smoke halogen free, and non-smoke nonhalogented and three classes of

a risk of mechanical damage, armoured cables should be used.

6Instructions

1.We have got the certificates of CE,CB,CCC,ROHS,ISO,IEC for the cables,and we can offer the customers with the quality of low smoke,free hallgen,fire resistance or flame retartant at the customers’s requirements.

 

2.For armoured cables,the armour types can be SWA(Steel Wire Armoured) or STA(Steel Tape Armoured) or AWA(Aluminium Wire Armoured).

 

3. We can also offer the cables with the qualities of low(free)smoke,low(free)halogen,fire resistance,flame retardant or nylon coated,oil Resistance, UV Resistance,anti Termite,anti Rodent or as the  customers’requirements.

 

4. Standard;GB12706 or IEC,BS,DIN and ICEA upon request.

 

5. For laying indoors , in tunnels, in ducts. Able to bear extermal mechanical force but not large pulling forces. Single core cables are impermissible to be laid in magnetic ducts.

 

6. Maximum rated temperature:the maximum operating temperature of conductor shall not exceed 90 . When the cable is used for long period. The temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250 at short ciruit for 5 seconds.

 

7. Installation requirement:The installation of cables is not limited by the difference of elevation along the eroute. The ambient temperatuture should not be below 0 during installation.The permissible bending radius for cable shall be complied with the regulation as below::For single-core: R>25(D+d) +/- 5% For multi-core: R>15(D+d) +/- 5%   where: R—–bending radius (mm) D—–overall diameter of cbale (mm)  d—–diameter of conductor (mm)
