PVC Insulated Screened Control cables

Generally speaking, there are two ways of copper wires braided screen and copper tape wrapped screen for control cables, however, copper wires braided screen has stable structure, the effect of screen won’t change with the cable bending or appearance factors etc, but also doesn’t have influence on cables’ flexibility, braiding density can reach over 80%, besides,copper tape wrapped screen percentage of coverage can reach up to 100%.

Plastic PVC Insulated Screened control Cables are used for rated voltage up to and including 450/750V.
The long-term operating temperature of PVC insulation cable conductor should be lower than 70°C,and that of XLPE insulation should be lower than 90°C.
The installing ambient temperature of cables shouldn’t be lower than 0°C,the Min. bending radius of installing is 6 times of the outer diameter.

Unarmored control cables

Such unarmored control cables are suitable for laying indoors and in the electrical cabinets, however, the cables can’t bear larger external mechanical forces.
PVC sheath has stable property and excellent chemical corrosion protection characteristics, also with the features of non-fire propagation and non-water absorption, which greatly ensure the cables’ service life.

Control cables with steel wires armore

Steel wires armored control cables can endure certain mechanical tension, which are widely suitable for high-level difference environment, also can be installed vertically .
Cables with screen have good shielding and anti-interference performances.

length could be supplied if required.
