Overhead insulated cable consists of compacted copper, aluminum (aluminum alloy) conductor, inner shield, fire-resistant insulation and outer shield.It only has the power transmission characteristics of power cables and also has the strong mechanical properties of overhead cables.

 Product Use Characteristics
1.Rated voltage:
* 1kV, 10kV
2.Allowable working temperature of cable:
* 70 ºC for PVC insulation ;
* 90 ºC for XLPE insulation ;
* 70 ºC for PE insulation ;
* 75 ºC for HDPE insulation ;
3.When short circuit occurs (maximum time does not exceed 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable:
* 160 ºC for PVC insulation ;
* 150 ºC for HDPE insulation ;
* 250 ºC for XLPE insulation ;
* 130 ºC for PE insulation ;
4.The ambient temperature for cable laying shall not be lower than -20 ºC, and the installation laying temperature shall not be lower than 0 ºC.
5.Allowable bending radius of cable:
* Cables with a rated voltage less than 1kV:Cables with an outer diameter (D) less than 25mm, not less than 4D;Cables with an outer diameter (D) of 25mm or more, not less than 6D
* 10kV rated voltage cable:Single-core cable 20 (D + d) ± 5% mm, multi-core cable 15 (D + d) ± 5 mm.

1.Overhead insulated cables with a rated voltage of 1kV and below are suitable for overhead power lines with a rated voltage of 0.6% 2F1KV and below, and can be used as fixed laying or household wires.
2.Overhead insulated cables with a rated voltage of 10kV and below are suitable for overhead power transmission line transmission.10kV transmission lines for power grid construction and transformation are preferred.
3.Steel core aluminum stranded wire core overhead insulated cables with rated voltage of 10kV and below are suitable for overhead power distribution lines with AC rated voltage of 10kV and below.
