Product Details

Insulated wires generally consist of a conductive core, an insulating layer, and a protective layer. The core can be divided into four types: hard, soft, mobile and extra soft. There are four types of cores: single core, two core, three core and four core. The insulating layer is generally made of rubber, plastic, and the like. It is widely used in various instruments, telecommunications equipment, power lines and lighting lines with AC voltage below 500V and DC voltage below 1,000V.

Conductor

The conductor is the conductive part of the wire and cable, which is used to transport electrical energy and is the main part of the wire and cable.

Insulation

Insulation layer is to electrically isolate the conductor from the ground and conductors of different phases from each other to ensure the transmission of electrical energy. It is an indispensable part of the wire and cable structure.

Shield

Wires and cables of 15KV and above generally have conductor shields and insulation shields.

The protective layer
The function of the protective layer is to protect the wires and cables from the invasion of foreign impurities and moisture, and to prevent external power from directly damaging the power cables.

BX	copper-cored rubber insulated wire, with a maximum operating temperature of 65 ºC, applied indoors.
RV	Polyvinyl chloride insulated single-core flexible cord, the highest use temperature is 65 ºC, the lowest use temperature is -15 ºC, the working voltage is AC 250V, DC 500V, used as the internal wiring of instruments and equipment
RVV	copper core PVC insulated and sheathed flexible wire, allowing long-term working temperature of 105 ºC, working voltage of AC 500V, DC 1000V, used for humid, high mechanical protection requirements, often moving and bending occasions.
