3 Core Copper Low Voltage Power Cables For Industrial Wiring and Mains Distribution
 
Applications: Industrial wiring and mains distribution. Can be laid direct in the ground, or in ducts, clipped to surface, on trays or in free air.

CONSTRUCTION

Conductor : Single, Two, Three, Four and Five core cables. Stranded plain copper conductors Insulation : XLPE insulated, cores laid up, extruded PVC bedding, galvanised steel wire armoured (Aluminium wires for single cores) and PVC sheathed.

STANDARD COLOURS

Cores : Single-core- Red or Black 2-core- Red and Black 3-core- Red, Yellow and Blue 4-core- Red, Yellow, Blue and Black 5-core- Red, Yellow, Blue, Black and Green/Yellow As per New Harmonised Code Single-core- Brown or Blue 2-core- Brown and Blue 3-core- Brown, Black and Grey 4-core- Brown, Black Grey and Blue 5-core- Brown, Black, Grey, Green/Yellow and Blue

PROPERTY:

1.The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 90 degrees. 2.In short circuit (Max long term is no more than 5 seconds),the highest temperature for conductor is no more than 250 degrees. 3.The cable is laid without horizontal drop limit. The environment temperature should be no lower than 0 when lay. Otherwise it should be preheated. 4.Excellent electrical performance, resistance to chemical corrosion. 5.They can stand advisable traction when laid. They can stand traction from Outside. The required marking shall be printed with a weather-proof material on the outsides of drum according to customer’s requirement.
