Concentric Cable is suitable for use above ground in open air, in conduit in air, directly buried, in underground duct, or aerially when suspended on a messenger wire.
Construction
Conductor: class B stranded aluminum or annealed copper
Conductor shield (applied on MV): Semi conducting XLPE
Insulation: XLPE or PVC
Insulation Shield (applied on MV): Semi conducting XLPE
Concentric Neutral: Class A bare aluminum or annealed copper;
or insulated bare aluminum or annealed copper(applied on split concentric cable)
