Product Details

AACSR is made of a round aluminum alloy and galvanized steel wire formed by stranding. Due to high strength and large elongation of aluminum alloys, AACSR has a large mechanical overload. It can be used as large span conductors, heavy ice area conductors or overhead communication wires, lightning conductors. Continuous operating temperature is up to 90ºC. In coastal areas or industrial area with corrosive atmosphere, anti-corrosion AACSR can be used to improve the life of conductor.
