The thermal-resistance aluminum alloy conductor is a kind of special conductor with good properties and economy,whose comprehensive cost is much lower than that of common conductors. Its popularization in transmission line projects should have obvious economical and social benefits.

Compares to the ordinary hard aluminum wire(HAl),thermal-resistance aluminum wire’s (TAl) mechanical properties after one hour’s heating and ling-term soften feature are obviously better than HAl.
