CAAI/CAAI-S Overhead Bundled Cables

1) CAAI
1. Application
Overhead distribution networks urban and rural, with voltages of up to 1000 volts

2. Construction:
This type cable consists of two or three phase conductors plus one or two drivers for lighting wiring around a support (bearing).
Phase conductors and lighting are hard tempered aluminum.
The support is an aluminum alloy wire (which serves as a neutral) for these cables.
Drivers and support are insulated with crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE).

3. Features:
Reduce the ft of energy.
Cross-linked polyethylene allows for greater current capacity.
High insulation resistance.
Less inductive reactance with bare conductors, used in overhead distribution lines.
Increased security by the strength and toughness of isolation.
No use of insulators for installation.
Resistant to abrasion, weather and sunlight.

2) CAAI-S
1. Application
