0.6/1KV Cu/Al Conductor XLPE Insulation PVC Sheath Power Cable:
A. The applications:
Rated voltage (U0/U) 0.6/1KV in transmission & transformation line & for water-proofing purpose.
B. Standards:
IEC60502-1 2004 ISO9001: 2008
C. Product Features:
– No necessary to heat up in advance while installing above 0oC.
– Max. Continuous normal operating Temperature: 70oC (PVC Sheathed Cable).
– Max. Permissible temperature at short circuit (5s. At longest): 250oC.
– Permissible bending radius:
D. Single core: No less than 20times (d+D) plus or decrease 5%.
E. Three-core: No less than 15 times (d+D) plus or decrease 5%(D is the actual overall diameter of cable, and d is the actual overall diameter of conductor).

Notes: The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke, free-halogen, low-smoke halogen free and three classes of A, B, C. Installation
This cable can be installed in duct, tray or direct burial. It is recommended that the installation instructions indicated by the Local Electric Code, or any equivalent, be followed, so that the safeguarding of persons and the integrity of the product will not be affected by eciencies in the installation.

1. The products are mainly complying with iec 60502 standard, also can be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as bs standard, DIN standard, ASTM standard, etc.

Voltage grade is up to 35kv, cross-section area can be up to 400 sqmm (copper or aluminiun conductor). Conductor long-time operating temperature is 90 degrees. In short circuit, conductor highest temperature should be not more than 250 degrees.
