1. Description:

H07V-U H07V-R Fire- Retardant Electrical Cable Wire ,Single core cables with copper conductor , ( solid, stranded or flexible ) and insulated with PVC compound. The cables are manufactured according to IEC 60227&BS 6004 specifications.

2. Construction:

Conductor : Plain annealed circular copper according to IEC 60228 class 1,2 ,5 and 6.
Insulation : PVC compound rated 70º C or 85º C for continuous operation.

3. Applications : Building wires fixed installation and laid in pipes for general applications

Application: The cables are used for general purpose, as building wire for power, lighting and control wire for electrical appliance, suitable for use in conduit and for fixed protected installation.

Constructions:

Conductor – Class1/2 plain annealed copper wires, solid or stranded.

Insulation – PVC

Color – Brown, Grey, Black, Blue, Green/ Yellow or others on request.

Max. Working Temperature: 70 ºC; 90ºC and 105ºC as per requirement.

Packing: 100 Meter/Roll or as per requirement.

Scope:

This product is suitable for flame retardant and high concentration of people in confined spaces .

Use features:

1, Rated voltage 450/750V.
2, the current long-term allowable working temperature of 70 ºC 105 ºC 125 ºC 135 ºC.
3, the product of smoke density ( transmittance ) test to meet GB/T17651.2-1998.
4 , halogen-free performance of the product is tested to meet GB/T17650.2-1998.
5 , flame retardant meets GB/T18380.3-2008 burning test A, B, Class C requirements.
6 , in line with GA132 quasi smoke toxicity level of security requirements.
7 , the minimum bend radius of the wire is 6D.
